Brindleyplace is a modern, sustainable building featuring bright, air-conditioned spaces, situated in a tranquil square with fountain features.  It is centrally located, lively and attractive, with excellent connections to metro, bus, and train services all within walking distance.
It is a 10-minute walk and four-minute tram ride from the city centre, and a cycle-friendly location with West Midlands Cycle Hire Scheme cycle dock available near Oozells Street. Discounted parking available nearby at the  Utilita Arena.

Transport
Brindleyplace offers excellent accessibility via various transport options, including personal vehicles, public transport, and taxis. National Express West Midlands buses and West Midlands Metro trams serve Broad Street, with the estate having its own tram stop.
A 24-hour taxi rank is located on Oozells Street near the Broad Street junction. Brindleyplace is also a short walk from Five Ways railway station on the Cross City line and about 20 minutes from Birmingham New Street station. Snow Hill and Moor Street stations are slightly further but accessible via tram from New Street or Snow Hill
