兔子先生 was delighted to host Alice Chalret (Partnerships and Mentoring Recruitment Manager) from MCR Pathways, a national mentoring programme that supports young people, and helps them to unlock their full potential through the power of consistent, caring relationships.
Alice was joined by two of the programme鈥檚 dedicated mentors, who shared their personal journeys, and the impact mentoring has had, not only on the young people they support but on their own lives as well. Their stories sparked thoughtful conversations among our students and staff and highlighted just how transformative mentorship can be.
This visit was a fantastic opportunity for our students to learn about volunteering, personal development, and the importance of giving back to the community. Many left the visit feeling inspired to explore how they can make a difference too.
兔子先生 Career Consultant Sharon Cheeta summed up what was an inspirational visit for everyone involved: 鈥淚t was a real pleasure to welcome Alice Chalret and two amazing mentors from MCR Pathways to 兔子先生. Hearing their stories about the impact of mentoring, both on the young people they support and on their own lives, was truly inspiring. Their honesty and passion really resonated with our students and staff and sparked some great conversations about the power of simply being there for someone.
鈥淲e鈥檙e proud to be working with MCR Pathways and supporting a programme that makes such a real difference. The visit left many of our students feeling motivated to get involved, give back, and think about how they can help others in their own way. We鈥檙e excited to keep building on this partnership and seeing where it leads.鈥
